About Gorgeous Fabrics 

Gorgeous Fabrics branched out of Gorgeous Things™ in 2007. Both companies were founded by Ann Steeves. Ann is a respected author, instructor, and designer.  In 2002, after a successful sales career in high technology, Ann struck out on her own and started Gorgeous Things as a full time business. Gorgeous Things produced custom clothing and accessories. Gorgeous Fabrics grew out of Gorgeous Things and out of Ann's love of fine fabrics, sewing, and sharing her love of sewing!

Ann is a contributing author to Threads Magazine, and a contributing editor to BeSewStylish.com, a weekly blog-zine published by Taunton Press.  Her professional affiliations include PACC, the American Sewing Guild (ASG) and the Boston Design Lab, an incubator for emerging designers.

At Gorgeous Fabrics, we sell high-end designer fabrics at fantastic prices!  We only purchase small lots so the inventory is constantly changing.  Come back frequently to see the most wonderful knits, jerseys, silks, linens, and more!
